Hartmut is a 20-plus-year technology industry leader who has scaled divisions and companies from tens of millions to billions in revenue during his career. Aside from previously serving as a member of Emerald's Board of Directors, Hartmut held served as CEO of Sanmina Corporation, Aftermarket Services for Jabil, iQor, and ARRIS Composites, among other multiple executive positions across technology, electronics, and related industries.Hartmut earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Flagler College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Raul is an accomplished international C-level executive managing corporate finance, business growth, and strategic planning for manufacturing companies. Raul has decades of finance experience, including roles in diverse size enterprises, both public and privately owned, and significant experience in Private Equity as Chief Financial Officer of Russelectric, RESA Power Solutions, Oasis International, Quixote Traffic Corporation, and Hussmann Corporation.Raul is a CPA and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University.

Kip has helped build, grow, and optimize organizations into industry-leading providers across several tier 1 manufacturers, holding leadership roles across operations, strategic account management, and sales. Before Emerald, Kip held key executive positions at Jabil (iQor), Sanmina, and Celestica, leading significant strategic growth across each organization.Kip earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
